Join LPA, British Vogue & Ralph Lauren POLO for #VFNO

As I’m sure cannot have escaped your attention, this season heralds some incredibly exciting news from Ralph Lauren; the man who introduced the idea of fusing sportswear and luxury, built a global fashion and lifestyle empire based on the alluring concept of East Coast prep and continues to dress hundreds of thousands of men, women and children from film stars and supermodels to you and me every single day. Not content with all of this and the countless lines already under his brand name, Ralph decided to carve out a niche for his label in the contemporary womenswear market…

This decision has seen Ralph Lauren launch POLO for Women, a deeply wearable, utterly covetable and relatively affordable line that remains clearly in keeping with the aesthetic codes of the company while offering pieces that are fresh, fun and more appealing to the younger consumer. It’s a smart move from an incredibly smart man that has thus far resulted in a collection I’m mildly obsessed with and the most incredible new flagship store on 5th Avenue, both of which were celebrated with a mind blowing 4D holographic fashion show in Central Park earlier this month that I was lucky enough to attend. This debut POLO collection is adorable, all playful collared dresses, plaids, knits and colour pop cardigans. It also contains killer neon beanies, as I’m wearing here, and that leads me on to the ultimate point of this post and more importantly, where you guys come in…

I’m absolutely honoured to be able to tell you that Ralph Lauren have invited me to be their key ambassador for the POLO line and for Vogue’s Fashion Night Out tomorrow night they’re hosting a special event that I’d love to you join me at.

I, along with British Vogue Editors Fran Burns and Diana Dual will be with team Ralph Lauren at House of Fraser on Oxford Street snapping selfies, drinking champagne and generally enjoying the evening’s festivities. Obviously that’s pretty awesome but the best bit is in fact that we will also be giving away not yet for sale POLO beanies to the most stylish shoppers we see! Yep, it’s true. So get your street style on and please do come and say hello… And maybe go home with a beanie.
